Hollow Block Pallets

Our block Hollow pallet for brick making machine is made of PP & Glass Fiber.

1. Temperature resistance: Our block pallet for steam curing can stand 90-100 degrees in production environment.So it can be used for steam curing.

2. Waterproof: Our block pallet for steam curing is  wrapped all side of pallet, so the moisture can enter into the middle of pallet.

3. Hight loading capacity: We have already tested that our block pallet for steam curing is bent less than 3mm while loading 650KG.

4. Light weight: The density is 1.2g/m3.

5. Corrosion resistence.

6. Abrasion resistance: Our block pallet for steam curing can be used for more than 10 years.

Our block pallet for steam curing for steam curing is economical. It can replace steel pallet and wooden pallet for steam curing.
